In addition to a conversation, you can expect deep energy work, supplemented by body, breathing, energy and emotional exercises depending on the topic. I combine various techniques from my toolbox with your consent in a way that is harmonious and enables powerful transformation. During the work we are in exchange. I explain so that you always know what is happening, how and why we are doing something. If it turns out that rituals or baths can help, we will discuss these in detail beforehand, and of course we won't do anything that you don't feel comfortable with.

Whether on site, on the phone or via Zoom, we take enough time for the processes and so it can sometimes take longer. So plan enough time for your visit or appointment and a quiet evening afterwards, because my work is extremely powerful!
