With all the traumas, illnesses, emotions, beliefs and energetic entanglements that our ancestors have given us, it is sometimes difficult to perceive the connection with them as positive. But due to the, often unconscious, rejection of this power, we lack the ground to feel strong, secure, self-assured and confident.
In this one-day playshop, we turn to our ancestors in an open, benevolent and solution-orientated way, allowing them to guide us so that we can heal together: for them, for us and for future generations.
We start the day with a ritual in which you look at your family tree and find out where what kind of energy is flowing and what needs to be resolved and cleared. This can also reveal things that were previously unseen, such as lost children or twins. Often a lot of healing can already happen through this ‘being seen and acknowledged’.
Before we turn to the ‘problematic cases’, you will get to know ancestors who are willing to support you, both now and in the future, and in this context you will also learn how you can strengthen and maintain a long-term connection with them. You may perceive them in the form of spiritual guides, feel their proximity or they may whisper in your ear to protect you from harm. In the long term, these ancestors will help you to strengthen your roots and develop according to your soul plan, even if not everything in your family has been cleared up yet.
Supported by these supportive ancestors, we will go on a transformative light trance journey similar to a shamanic soul retrieval to find parts of you or your ancestors that have been lost and whose energies can now be reintegrated so that your power can flow and you can access your full potential. You will feel stronger and more complete afterwards. You often feel whole for the first time afterwards, as if a part of you was missing before, but you never knew what was missing and where to find it.

Strengthened and supported in this way, we now turn to the ‘difficult cases’ by seeking dialogue with those ancestors in a kind of telepathic communication and thereby achieving as much understanding, forgiveness and cleansing as possible. Sometimes this process cannot be completed on this day. If this is the case, however, you will know exactly when and how you can then work on it independently.
​Finally, we connect once again with our entire ancestral lineage in a powerful ritual to clear and strengthen the energy flow of the previous seven generations to us and to anchor all the work done today.
After this day you will feel more strength, connectedness and peace, know how to actively utilise your ancestors as a source of strength and how to work on family problems in an energetically constructive way. Changes in family relationships often become apparent quickly, as even unsuspecting relatives will unconsciously feel the change in the energy flow as a result of the clearing that has taken place. This usually brings peace quickly, but some conflicts first have to ‘explode’ so that the pent-up energy can be released and then harmonised. Trust that everything will work out for the highest good of all involved, because you can now be sure of the support of your ancestors.
