Even as a child, I felt a strong connection to nature. As a teenager, I recognized my interest and talent for energetic-spiritual work through getting to know Qi Gong and contact with indigenous ethnic groups on various trips. Driven by the desire for healing, the development of my mediumship and questions of meaning, I studied this extensively in various forms for over two decades, wherever possible on site, alongside my professional career as a secondary school teacher.

My spiritual power center is formed by the Orishas, gods of natural forces, of the Afro-Brazilian traditions known as Candomblé and Umbanda, which I was able to get to know in all its diversity through many years of study in Brazil. I am a consecrated Umbanda priestess and Candomblé initiate. With this basis and supported by the Nordic gods, power animals, angels and various other spirits, I work with shamanic techniques of various ethnic groups from North America, the Andes, Brazil, Asia, Hawaii and New Zealand, as well as our own Celtic-Alemannic roots in a free, non-religious form and with a modern approach, combined with European and Asian body, breath, feeling and energy work, as well as supported by approaches from psychology and coaching.

Since my four-year stay in South America, I have been practicing and teaching in Switzerland the things from my wealth of knowledge and experience that have a powerful effect and really work. Many of my offers are therefore unique, at least in this country. Shamanic work is not a hobby for me, it permeates my everyday life: I know my spirits well, their power flows through me and their inspirations guide me. They tell me how I can help a person and what exactly I need to do. I experience working with the spirits as a deep friendship, a harmony of giving and receiving: They not only help me, but in return I also do my tasks for them so that they can work powerfully.

My way of working is down-to-earth, fast-paced and tailored to your needs so that a lot can change for you in a short space of time. I don't think much of unnecessary frills like wearing a pretty dress in the forest, putting feathers in your hair or painting your face. Despite my initiations, as a Swiss I don't wear a poncho or a long white skirt, because that doesn't feel right for me here. And although I work with strong magic, I don't make a mystery out of it, I always say what I'm doing and explain why. The training courses I offer are intensive, well-founded and profound, because you don't become a shaman through an online or weekend course. They take place in small groups or even in individual settings, as your spiritual path is a unique one.
