With all the traumas, illnesses, emotions, beliefs and energetic entanglements that our ancestors have given us, it is sometimes difficult to perceive the connection with them as positive. However, due to the - often unconscious - rejection of this power, we lack the necessary roots to feel strong, secure, self-assured and confident.
In this one-day playshop, we turn to our ancestors in an open, benevolent and solution-oriented way, allowing them to guide us so that we can heal together; for them, for us and for future generations.
We start the day with a deeply touching ritual in which you lovingly turn to your family tree to find out what kind of energy is flowing where and what needs to be released or cleared. This can also reveal previously unrecognized matters, such as lost children or twins, whereby a great deal of healing can often already take place through this 'being seen'.
On a shamanic journey, you will get to know blood-related and spiritual ancestors who are willing to support you on this day and in the future, as well as how you can maintain a long-term connection with them. They will help you to strengthen your roots and develop according to your soul plan, even if not everything in your family has been cleared up yet.
Guided by these supportive ancestors, we go on a transformative light trance journey similar to shamanic soul retrieval to find parts that were lost in you or your ancestors through traumatizing experiences and whose energies may now be reintegrated so that cross-generational healing can happen, your power can flow and you can access your full potential. Afterwards, you will feel much stronger, more complete and in harmony with your highest self. Involved ancestors can find peace.

Strengthened and supported in this way, we now turn to the “difficult cases” by seeking to talk to those living or deceased ancestors in a kind of telepathic communication and thereby achieve as much understanding, forgiveness and cleansing as possible. If this process cannot be fully completed, you will know exactly when and how you can then work on it independently.
Finally, we connect with our entire line of ancestors in a powerful ritual to strengthen the energy flow of the previous seven generations to us and to anchor the work done today on all levels.
After this day, you will feel more strength, connectedness, and peace, as well as know how to actively use the power source of your ancestors and work energetically and constructively on family problems. Often, the cleansing that has been done leads to a harmonization of family relationships in the near future.
We also work powerfully and focused as a closed group online. For the protection of the participants and their processes, the sessions are not recorded.
