These rituals offer a sacred space of togetherness, sharing and powerful process work together supported by the spirits. All are welcome.
These events, whether in person or via Zoom, can do much more than just provide a pleasant evening or weekend activity to help you reconnect with yourself, feel grounded, and spiritually connected:
If you truly open yourself to the spirits that are called, they will show you what you need to see, not what you want to see. This can trigger a deep healing and development process that continues afterwards. It may be challenging, but it will help you grow. Of course, in every ritual we talk about how best to proceed.
I have been working with the spirits I call upon for support in rituals for many years. They are reliable, powerful, and safe. My shamanic work is down-to-earth, honest, and without unnecessary exoticism. If you are looking for New Age music, long dresses, feathers in your hair, and group cuddling, then I am not the right person for you.

Get to know and ride your Wind Horse

In Mongolian horse culture, shamans ride their wind horses when they enter a trance. On a traditional Mongolian shamanic journey, you will get to know your personal wind horse and let it guide you to higher spheres. We do not work lying down as usual, but you actively move around in an open field, carried by a drum. This experience requires experience in shamanic journeying while lying down (as it is known in this country), as well as the possession of a drum.

Holy anger - with shamanic breathwork

Are you frustrated, feeling blocked, or lacking energy in your everyday life? Then perhaps this is due to your inner anger, which is there but which you do not acknowledge because society does not allow you to show it. Or does it break through anyway and you are considered uncontrolled, hysterical, or even aggressive? Anger is not the problem, but how we deal with it is: early on, we learned to swallow our anger and conform out of fear of rejection, withdrawal of love, or accusations of being too much. However, this does not make the anger disappear; instead, it transforms into sadness, resignation, or even self-hatred. Anger is not ugly, but a valuable inner compass, because it shows us that something is wrong, that a line has been crossed, that we feel treated unfairly, or that there is a problem that can no longer be ignored. In this meeting, you will explore your anger and learn how to channel it in a controlled manner through breathing and trembling. In this way, you will discover what your anger is trying to show you, regain control, and be able to set the course for your everyday life accordingly. Your former flaw of anger will be transformed into control, strength, clarity, and courage!

Despacho ceremony for Mother Earth

We put together a beautifully arranged despacho, an offering to Mother Earth, and then hand it over to the fire for transformation. The next day, I bury the ashes in the earth after they have absorbed the energies of the cosmos overnight. In this ceremony, which is traditionally performed regularly in the Andes, you charge each element used with your energy and a prayer. You can thank Mother Earth for everything she gives you and also express your heart's desires. A wonderful, deeply moving act of giving from the heart that strengthens your connection with the earth, allowing the ‘seeds’ planted in it to grow and flourish until you can finally ‘harvest’ them. When the weather is nice, we work outside, and when the weather is bad, we work inside, and I light the fire at a later time, as soon as possible.

Powerhouse Uterus

In many cultures, the uterus is considered sacred because it connects us to the energies of creation, including those outside the body. In Tantra, for example, the uterus is seen as a flower that opens and releases its nectar, because the uterus can ejaculate a clear fluid known as the nectar of the gods. In Christian mythology, the story of the Holy Grail refers to the chalice of female essence, whereby the chalice with the wine symbolizes the uterus as a portal to eternal life. In this meeting, we will experience the power and wisdom of our uterus on a shamanic journey. This is no easy undertaking, as connecting with this great mystery challenges us: The womb is dark and unfathomable, and accepting this requires us to integrate our shadows.
